On average I charge £2 per window, which works out to about £15 to £20 for most houses. Gutter clearing is £5 per metre, which is about £180 for an average house.

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) can be a useful way to show that your electrical appliances are safe. I charge £3 per item (minimum charge £30 up to a maximum of £250 per day), for which you also get an asset register and certificate.
